Been 4 weeks and still waiting on completion of my order that was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago. Customer service at Aqua Outdoors is terrible. Don’t answer phone or emails

Product is good. Customer service from the company was horrible. My ordered arrived late, not complete and it was a battle to get it complete…with no apologies given.
My loungers are awesome and the pillows do well in the sun without fading.
I do need an extra table

These chairs are chic & FANTASTIC and the customer service is outstanding. Thanks Lance and Jamie for putting a much needed (and competitive) baja shelf lounger into the marketplace. So glad I stumbled upon your website after close to a year of relentless searching for a more affordable alternative to what seemed to be the only other company making in water pool furniture. We had some delivery issues that were crazy but you were both immediately on top of resolving the situation and for that, I am both impressed and very grateful! Can't wait to see your new products in the future!!

I found Aqua Chairs through a google search. I reached out to info to ask about colors and received an immediate response from the owner Lance. This included sending me pictures of his pool with the chairs in the color that we wanted. The price point was tremendous, the customer service was top notch as was the delivery. Thanks Lance we will be enjoying as we break in our pool. Diane

Starts to float in 8″ of water. Any ripples causes it to tip – making it worthless as a table.
Given other review, maybe mine was just made too light.
It’s very hard to fill them all the way with water. There are two holes — no plugs. Were they supposed to come with plugs? Anyway, ours are 3/4 full, and floating around the pool. Very hard to use that way. I do have to say they arrived extremely quickly. I was thrilled with that part.
I did a lot of research and viewed many other alternatives. I purchased 2 chairs via Amazon 4 months ago. I installed them in my sun shelf and they are amazing. Everyone time I get a visitor, they comment about it. Since then, I have purchased 2 more chars and I am getting ready to buy 2 more for my other rental properties. Amazing Products!
